In 1994 I moved here from Utah where I was stationed at Hill Air Force Base. I worked as an F-16 crew chief with the 421^st Fighter Squadron and enjoyed my time as a “Black Widow”. After growing up with an Air Force dad, who had served in Vietnam, and an Army grandpa who shared stories about WWII, the military seemed the most appropriate place to start my life after college proved to be a slow start to my future. Growing up in a military family, and being military myself, I like being able to work with veterans and current military families to help them achieve their goals. I understand what it is like being a family in the military and what it means to be able to offer some stability to your children or just find a place to call home for yourself. Here at Creekside we strive to work with these families and help them facilitate their dreams while maintaining their financial health for a strong future. I look forward to working with you and helping your dreams come true. Even if you just need some general guidance to get started, call me as I am here to serve!

Working in the mortgage industry since 1995 I have seen my fair share of ups and downs in the market, as well as every aspect of the mortgage industry that you could think of. I have been involved in processing, underwriting, originating and closing on the retail and wholesale side. I have also worked on the title side and as a mobile notary signing closing docs for several years. 

No matter how many sides of the mortgage industry I see, my favorite part to this day is working with the customers.  I love getting to see the look on people’s faces when they become home owners for the first time. That excitement of planning out how they are going to decorate their new home to make it their own, especially when there are kids involved, is priceless. Or, knowing that you were able to refinance a loan for a family and save them hundreds of dollars a month and reduce their stress level is also very rewarding. There is no greater joy in your career than changing people’s lives in a positive way. I enjoy getting pictures and cards from our clients letting us know how they are doing. Or, even getting hugs from grateful families who thought they may never see the light of a better day. It makes serving the community the most fulfilling gift out there.

As a transplant to the Pacific NW I have grown to love this area and all that it offers to families. From the mountains to the coast line to our beautiful metropolitan areas, the Pacific NW really offers anything a person can dream of. After growing up outside of St Louis, and having lived in Mississippi, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Oregon and Idaho I prefer Washington over all others.
